Bay Aging’s Mission is to provide services to people of all ages who need to live independently for as long as possible. There is a large menu of services available, ranging from home care, Meals on Wheels, companion and adult day care, public transportation, senior apartments, and emergency home repair. Bay Aging has over 40 years experience.
Options counseling is the “key” to accessing services either provided directly by Bay Aging or through a referral to the appropriate service providers.

Sisson & Associates
Physical Therapy and Wellness
Sisson and Associates opened its doors in 2017 by Dr. Arnan L. Sisson. The practice and the unique business model formed by Arnan was created by an interesting scenario years ago.
He was working within a practice where he was seeing four to five clients every hour. Due to the high volume of clients associated with this Physical Therapy business and many others, Arnan felt awful after each and every treatment.
He would walk out of the door, and have a sense of dread because he knew he could get better results. He knew he could get them off the pills, creams, injections, and away from surgery much faster if only he was given the time to do it. Ten minutes per patient was not enough.

One winter day, almost the entire caseload cancelled due to high amounts of snow. All morning only one client would come in the practice an hour. Arnan was given a full hour for every client. He could do six times as much hands on work and preventative care. The following week the clients came back, and they all were DUMBFOUNDED by the sudden surge of improvement. They could move in ways they haven’t moved in months, and it was all from this ONE SESSION!

From that day on the seed was planted in Arnan’s head, and he knew he wanted to build a practice and business model that was something the Northern Neck had never seen. Sisson & Associates is that business model, and it’s effectiveness is shown time and time again by the clients coming in and out of the doors everyday.
