BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

The Board of Zoning Appeals consists of five members appointed by the Circuit Court for a term of five years. All members of the Board of Zoning Appeals must be residents of the Town of Montross. The Board of Zoning Appeals duties include acting on requests for appeals from any order, requirement, decision or determination made by the Zoning Administrator. They also have the power to authorize variances to the Town’s Zoning Ordinance.
